This is my daily med...100 mg 3 times a day. I've built up such a tolerance that effect is much less than years ago, but there is no other drug in this class. No side effects.

In the beginning I couldn't do without it. I still take several times monthly when pain is severe. Fairly effective in bringing pain to manageable level but does not completely alleviate pain.

Out of all the prescription meds I have taken for the Fibro pain, this one helped the most. I quite taking it several months ago when I decided to do a more natural approach.

This did work but I no longer take any prescription meds.

Ultram was the first medication I tried and it helped quite a bit for some time. It allowed me to continue working then. But after a long while, it seemed that my body became immune to it or my pain was increasing and it was no longer strong enough. So i went on to other medications.
