I take this along with Norvir and Reyataz. My VL is undetectable, and my CD4 has improved. It definitely works, but I am not into cocktails. I feel a little itchy from it and have severe dandruff and scalp issues. Stomach is upset every other day. It is a struggle to concentrate the first week or so. Every other week, I have period of brain zaps and in mental pain while I try to go to sleep. I am switching to Atripla to see what is better.
