I have been taking Trimspa for about a year and it really has helped me I lost 20 pounds using it and not really doing much else. I like it alot the only thing is I have learned not to take any to close to bed time because if I do I will be up all night unable to see becuase it will feel like I have to much caffine in my system.

Light-headed, had the "shakes", and sometimes could keep you from falling asleep. But I did lose weight (I was also working out)so not to sure of the benefits.

I gave up... I really don't like the idea of diet pills. I'd rather change my lifestyle so I can keep the weight off long-term.

Did nothing but dehydrate me

All this did was completely deplete my B12 so I had to go in for monthly injections.
