My mother knew doctors because she worked in an ER. They would prescribe it for me. My dermatologist said it was FAR TOO STRONG for me. It would stop the psoriasis but it made my skin almost transparent and temporarily ruined the skin tone.

Used on DS as a baby to clear up major flaring all over his body in conjunction with antibiotics or steroids. Also used as our "big gun" on and as needed basis. Worked well at first, then began to thin and soften his skin. Kind of scary - not one of my favorites.
