My mother knew doctors because she worked in an ER. They would prescribe it for me. My dermatologist said it was FAR TOO STRONG for me. It would stop the psoriasis but it made my skin almost transparent and temporarily ruined the skin tone.

all th etopicals work a little,with a lot of effort on my part.Like keeping my hands & feet out of water,as much as possible.

it helped with the infammation, but it changed the color of my skin. i looked spotchy

Used on DS as a baby to clear up major flaring all over his body in conjunction with antibiotics or steroids. Also used as our "big gun" on and as needed basis. Worked well at first, then began to thin and soften his skin. Kind of scary - not one of my favorites.

helps with dryness and my skin does improve somewhat, but doesn't clear it up verry well

I hate steroids because your body builds a tolerance and then PS comes back with a vengeance.
