Only thing that works for me so far, but a benzodiazepine so it's addictive; have to be careful.

It made mee too groggy to function.

This works at reducing anxiety, but unfortunately it has heavy side effects. Largely fatigue, I would say I had 50% less energy and exercising was very hard. My brain told me I was really tired, yet I actually wasn't. It isn't sold anymore, but it helped me for a number of years. Latterly I developed tolerance and so long term it does not help much.
