for only one year then stopped working

Put me to sleep worked well. Was hardest med to withdraw from in August 2012 after being overmedicated. 15mgs. 3 x daily.

Keeps calm and my thoughts rational. Mornings are the worst for me to I take one before I get in the shower. Every now and then I take one in the evening before bed because it helps me sleep better.7.5mg

1st Taken for sleep as needed and sometimes for anxiety. Started trying to take 1 7.5 mg during the day..only a few times now has helped lasts longer than Xanax but i haven't taken it during panic or attack . Just in the morning to avoid one

Now here is a drug that if taken regularly can make some good improvements.

I take Ativan daily for social anxiety, but when I do have the occasional panic attack or terrible anxiety, I take Tranxene as needed. It is one of the quickest acting benzos and lasts a long time. Wonderful med!

I take this just on an as needed basis only when I feel extremely anxious or stressed and even then I only took 12 the dose. It helps calm me down.
