Now here is a drug that if taken regularly can make some good improvements.

I take Ativan daily for social anxiety, but when I do have the occasional panic attack or terrible anxiety, I take Tranxene as needed. It is one of the quickest acting benzos and lasts a long time. Wonderful med!

I take this just on an as needed basis only when I feel extremely anxious or stressed and even then I only took 12 the dose. It helps calm me down.

Also have an anxiety disorder made worse by SSRIs, and when I get anxious I get more withdrawn. Tranxene was only tranquilizer that also helped diminish my fear of people -- not a listed effect, but I'm not complaining. Made it possible for me to start socializing.
