My TENS helps when I am in intense pain, however it is diffcult to wear out of the house (mine is bulky with all the wires), great for home though.

I expected absolutely nothing, just tried and then I could reduce my painkiller-intake drastically. That is really great. My therapist used warm pads with stimulating vibes. No side effects!
