250mg to 300mg a day maintains a pain level I can work and live with. Any less is unworkable. Side-effects NON, but I'm worried about long-term problems staying on it as an opiate?

It completely removes the pain but it enduces confusion and feelings like sleep walking and day dreaming throughout the day, she had no clue or memory of what happened for 2 to 3 days.

I take 7 pills a day.

I take Tramadol 50100mg four times daily for the muscle pain due to Arachnoiditis. It is working very well. Only real side effect for me from this medication is somnolence.

I know this is prescribed as a pain med but I have found it to be VERY helpful as an antidepressant as well as helping to curb the anxiety allowing me to feel more focused and energetic. I feel so much more clear headed and dare I say it? more like my old self again. Im actually quite surprised that its not prescribed off label at least not that I know of for this reason. Personally I find it to be more effective than zoloft and works a lot faster too. No negative side effects either.

It works during the day very well. But I use to take it before I go to bed and it would keep me up at nights. I didn't like it at all.

Worked well for several-months.
