only pain med that has ever made a difference . i take it prn as it works best 4 me that way . often many tablets at once . taken at high levels with xanax ext. strength tylenol only thing that makes slight dent in break thru pain . pain .

I only use this when I have more pain than I can manage. My doctor told me I shouldnt take this with Cymbalta but I am supposed to take it at night only to help me sleep. It doesnt help me sleep just makes me itch!
