i used a continuous passive motion (cpm) machine for months after various surgeries. it was painful but not too bad. it increased the range of motion in my knee before scar tissue could really set in.

10lbs @ 15 min. 4 times daily - helps for short periods

brings some relief and is also v relaxing!

This has helped me alot with my chronic headaches! I would ask your dr to send you to therapy for it and see if it works for your headaches see if you can get a script for one and if your insurance will pay for it.

When I attended physical therapy, one of the treatments was this traction. It helps to keep my neck loose and functional.

releives the pressure from the compacting of my neck (Cervical Spine) I do it two times a day at home.

Therapist put me in traction and the fgirst time, it was a miracle. I could stand straight and walk for short time.. Later attempts were successively less ghelpful.

I really felt that my neck needed to be stretched out...so this was a little helpful, but hurt too. And it could give you vertigo.
