It may have helped some of my nerve pain and neurological stuff (post herpectic neuralgia, RLS, peripheral neuropathy) but the cost is RUINOUS! Seemed to build up in my system too, started to feel sick to my stomach all the time. Blech!

just started ~ 1 week/ so far, loss of appetite. Can't comment on mental abilities as almost two years of mixed depression has messed with that already. Have lost ~5 pounds, if that counts to anyone.
