I FIND THAT MEDICATION ALONG WITH BREATHING EXORCISES AND POSITIVE THINKING WORKS BEST FOR ME. ALSO, IF I HAVE A MAJOR ATTACK I TRY TO KEEP BUSY WORKING WITH MY HANDS OR CALL A FRIEND JUST TO TALK. EVEN WITH MEDICATION, I STILL HAVE ATTACKS FROM TIME TO TIME.

Had a bell curve effect. Would work for a couple of months so he wasn't so angry when he woke up to dress for school. Then didn't work. Would get off it for a couple of months, then start again. Arranged so it would work beginning of school when everything unsettled.
