I've done it on my own and it has worked wonders.
I started to feel afraid of losing myself and going to sleep in case Id die, I also felt nervous of losing my mind and I had feelings of insecurity , I also felt very alone and wasnt sure who to talk to about it, I simply couldnt relax and I felt very restless all the time.

I'm doing it now, it is working pretty good so far.
i'd like to try tft or eft (emotional freedom technique)! any inexpensive referrals?
