It helped anxiety, but I became sun sensitive and got sunburns easily. High risk side effects. Not a first choice.

Taking this for nausea but it is somewhat helpful i think. I still have bouts of nausea so i am not sure if it is really doing the trick fully. 10mg 3 times a day.
