The only thing that finally helped, but it took 2 tries before it stayed away.
Side effects: Indigestion, thrush, lactose intolerance (due to the lack of dairy while eating the pills, because it counters the effect.)
But for me, it was all worth it.

Helped with a severe outbreak but I can't take it all the time.

Used a long time ago. Made me nauseous a lot, and turned my eyes/skin yellow sometimes. Took away the big pimples for the most part, but did nothing for the smaller stuff. I doubt I would ever take it again.
