Talking always helps sort through the confused thoughts in my head
I just started telling friends and family about what my husband does. I can't stay silent anymore.

Sometimes works. The truth hurts, though, so at times it only makes matters worse.

It really helps to vent and talk to my best friend, but I think she worries about me sometimes.

I always want to talk to my close friends who know about my diagnosis because i know they are always there for me and have at many times told me that they are more than happy to listen if i need to vent. I really like this because i don't always have to talk to my parents who may just think i need more therapy which isnt the case. Most of the time i just want a friend and they can calm me down and they never try to go against what i'm saying but more help me see things in a better light.
