Working / Worked
Little by little, day by day.
Working / Worked
Getting sick of hearing myself talk, but I need to get it out.
Venting is the only thing that really makes me feel a release since I can not control their decisions.

It always makes things easier for us.

I talk with a few of my friends I really trust. It works because I bounce ideas off of them, and I might be angry or depressed at the start of the conversation, but when it's all over, I understand and I see things a lot more clearly.
Support from certain friends has also helped me to finally see the truth about the abuse I have endured since I was a child and has enabled me to begin thinking about changes I might be able to make.
Working / Worked
Working - I've found that there are some people who I can talk to, both online and on the phone and I'm okay. I don't turn into a bubbling mess and they help lift my mood when I'm down.

he wants to talk it loud but bcoz i criticize him when he does he'd rather be quite about it.
I have started reaching out to so many people. I never used to have friends because H always discouraged that. Now I have a nice support network. I have people to call when I feel like I'll fall apart and people to share my happiness with too!
Working / Worked
Not so much with STBX but feel better venting to others.
