when i didn't take it before, i had problems with yeast infections, extreme fatigue and constipation. since i've changed my diet and it's mostly fiber now, i still have some problems with constipation, but i suppose that just means i need to balance my diet more.. and i'm sure that's more info than you really wanted to know. heh..
