I have been taking 88 mcg pills and it worked really good but right now i am not very sure

it's been great... we just upped my dose from 137 to 150 mcg. I'm a little nervous because I've been at 137 for a decade.

I started taking 25mcg, then was upped to 50mcg and recently 75mcg. Pretty much all of my symptoms went away after about 6 weeks of treatment. Only side effects I have noticied is some minor palpitations, and muscle aches when dose is increased.

I am still tired and it has been years since the RAI. My tests always come back in normal ranges but I don't feel a regular energy level and can't seem to keep up I am also very emotional and suffer from anxiety, Should I still be feeling low energy if my levels are normal, is there a piece of the puzzel that I am missing or more questions that I need to be asking
