I take 1 of a day and as long as I take it, it works great!

Taking 160 3-4 puffs daily. I take 4 puffs if needed, but side effects are bad. I get horrible feet cramps and shakes. But it works to get me breathing.

I don't like the inhaler, it's too wide and makes it difficult to know how much of the medication is actually getting into my lungs. This is especially true first thing in the morning when there's a great deal of mucus to deal with. Incidentally I did NOT wake up with so much mucus when I was using Advair.
