I swim 3 times a week, definitely helps to exercise joints and tendons to get movement back.

I tried to swim every day during this summer and it made my legs feel much better.

I swim 6 days a week at the local YMCA. It is the reason I can still walk. Very beneficial. Also helps with pain levels.
