WATER AEROBICS!!! Totally Recommend!! This is perfect for starting out... low impact and lets you stay cool and build stamina
Loved it. Not near enough to a pool or companion to swim with just now. Great for supporting the body and keeping mobile.

It helps to give me an all over workout without putting too much pressure on my joints. As an aerobic exercise I can either tread water, or swim laps.

I swim a lot the physical exertion seems to slow down my urges. I tend to get a little hormonal when I am post period. That whole ovulating thing seems to make me feel like a dog in heat. but the swimming and walking helps me take out my frustrations.
