I swim two or three times a week, it def helps. I have lost alot of inches and all my clothes are falling off me

really helps keep my muscles limber without putting pressure on my body. Love feeling weightless. Sometimes I have to avoid the summer heat and the YMCA pool is sometimes too warm, but all in all, it helps.
