I am working on this diet. I have learned new things about the way I use to eat. I learned things that make me end up with no energy like gluten and legumes. I have let go of everything it says and do little doses at a time to see side effects. It's a work in progress...

Actually, I am on a vegetarian diet similar to the swank diet. I use flax and sunflower seed oil in place of fish oil, but am on an anti-inflammatory macrobiotic diet.

have been on the diet for over a year, though I've modified it and now follow the version offered by Dr. George Jelinek. since the radical dietary changes, I have not had another relapse, despite having 3-4 a year before that.
