Surgery performed by Scott Wolfe at Hospital for Special Surgery in NYC. The pins holding everything together come out in 9 weeks. Prognosis for dynamic instability such as mine is pretty good, but ROM will be permanently limited (about half of normal in wrist flexion) more at Wikipedia
