she is working with physical and occupational therapy to recover sensation in her hands and feet and rebuild strength and coordination, which she didn't tolerate well at first, it caused her to be fatigued and sick to her stomach

I am now in a rehab/nursing home where all they can do is treat my symptoms and change my diapers (sometimes). I'm at my wits end and ready to give up. I need moral support from someone who has been there.

I had physical therapy two times a week and was supposed to do it on my own everyday my PT wasnt there. It made me very tired some days and other days i felt like i made progress then i hit a platue were my body just couldnt do anymore so they did two more IVIG treatments and it seemed that everything came into place and my PT became very easy

I see a counsellor for ongoing support every two weeks, but feel that intensive therapy is required for p.t.s.d. and panic disorder/dissociation episodes.
