Very helpful in allowing the mask to come down and be able to talk about any and all feelings. Helps to have others who are very close to understanding this loss

Went to a support group. It helped a lot but didn't last long enough. It was a short "course" that ended.

I'm glad I found this website! It's opened my eyes to the fact that I'm not alone.

The group was a divorce christian support group and when I went on a regular basis it helped knowing I was not alone with all these feelings, loneliness, pain, anger and even the possiblity of acceptance of parting with someone after 23 years. There were about 26 women and six guys, of which I was one and it felt good to know, men can shed tears, be confused, and fell lost.
