a godsend.. couldn't do with out it.. atleast not in the beginning stages of recovery. side effects.. are a pain in the ass. insomnia at first and dreadful night sweats and muscle tenderness and spasms. Most have subsided but sweats still occur occasionally
My boyfriend was on this. He soon got addicted to it. From what I've read, you should not be on it for a long period of time, however his moron of a dr. kept refilling prescriptions for nearly 3 yrs. Needless to say he got tired of taking it, and relapsed. While it was helpful to keeping him off the H for a while, it was simply replacing one opiate with another.
