I continue doing the exercises as given by the PT.

back cracks alot. but seems to help.
Working / Worked
I need to stretch out my body every morning to get out of bed. I don't have time for much more as I bounce off the walls to get to the bathroom. The more I move around, the better my feet and legs bend. I try to stand straight, with my fists on my low back and stretch my torso back. I stand against a wall and stretch my hamstrings. These help me to get around for a while. After sitting or laying down, I have to stretch everything out again.
