I'VE HAD BACK PAIN EVER SINCE I WAS REAR ENDED. AT THE TIME I THOUGHT IT WAS JUST MY NECK BUT APPARENTLY IT DID DAMAGE TO MY LOWER BACK AS WELL. STRETCHING MAKES IT FEEL BETTER BUT DOESN'T TAKE THE PAIN AWAY.
