Working / Worked
this helps loosen up my body and joints muscles etc
Working / Worked
I do this at home, along with light weights. ( 5 pound) Sometimes it truly helps and allows me more movement throughout the day. However, sometimes - for no apparent reason - it will set off more pain. I persist in using it though, because I am sure the benefits outweigh the times it makes me hurt more. I belong to the "use it or lose it" minset.
Working / Worked
very helpful
I do gentle stretches every morning upon awakening before getting out of bed and at night when I go to bed. The stretching helps with whatever parts of my body get compacted during the day.
Working / Worked
Its a must to move daily esp when I cant move my joints by myself
Working / Worked
This seems to help when I have deep back pain. Just stretching sitting on the floor and stretch slowly and carefully I do this when I can and when I need to. As much I can.
Working / Worked
Have to do daily stretches or else I freeze up
Working / Worked
Slight relief when muscles cramp up
Working / Worked
very helpful to continue movement
Working / Worked
Stretching is never a bad idea.
