I try not to worry about things, even though this can be hard. I hate to admit that anxiety can cause AF in me.

I was misdiagnosed with exerciseinduced asthma and took inhalers galore. Once they realized my real problem I understood that I wasnt having asthma attacks but anxiety. Now I know how to control it but reducing my stress and deep breathing.

I am now taking no prescription rx but started on stress relief by shaklee. i am much calmer.
In this program it is a 5 day program of daily foot soaks and massage using lavender & tea tree essential oils and soft music. This helps you to relax and get refocused.

Both times when the pain flared up I was in a very stressful job. Have since changed jobs and the symptoms are getting a lot better now. Also taken up meditation which seems to work in keeping me calm.
