Part of the work I did with my trainer. Really good in building muscle mass to help burn fat.

I was 165 pounds in my school years and was constantly bullied. I decided to strength train constantly over the years and am now much more self confident, bigger (230+ pounds) and stronger. I no longer have a fear of other men and walk in society without the fear of someone else picking a fight with me. I feel now that I spent years of hard work to increase my size and strength I find other guys are more distant and not so apt to confront me.
