I am taking 4 150's a day and one 50-200 sinemet at bedtime. Started this about six months ago. I have good days and bad days.

take 25/100 @ 5 or 6 xs daily; depending on how late I sleep. Works, but slowly, takes about 45 minutes to an hour and I have to take it 30 min ahead of schedule for it to keep me going without any'off' times or tremors( internal )
