Sprycel Reviews

It's working well. Side effects was a bit of Pleural Effusion but thankfully it cleared on its own and am experiencing hair shedding.
Started it last week. I like it except that I am having GI problems which I think might be related to my lactose intolerance.
I have bad days where I feel like I have the worst flu ever, body aches. I also have a goose bump like rash that never goes away.
I have been on Sprycel since November 2013. It is doing what it is supposed to so far. I am trying to find my new normal. I have been fortunate to have minimal side effects. Fatigue, sometimes a rash, headaches and periodic cramping and joint pain in legs.
Chest pain after 2 months, no edema, doctor advised stopping x 2 weeks 'to see what happens' ????????????
After a year, we expected there to be no bad cells. Didn't happen and not happy about it. I guess it's another year of 100mg and hope that does the trick.
I was diagnosed with three way Ph+ CML in May 2012. After one week on ydroxurea with allopurinol, I switched to Sprycel and allopurinol. After two weeks on Sprycel, I reached normal WBC (complete hematological response). It is too early to tell if I am achieving cytogenetic response, but my weekly blood tests are normal so far. Side effects are also mild so far including mild diarrhea, very slight puffiness under the eyes, and an slight cough (lungs OK - we checked with an x-ray).
Working but not in remission yet. Been using for four years now.
Been on Sprycel for 14 days and so far so good. Stomach a little upset but I'm sure nerves is also playing a part. My WBC in my first test yesterday is down from 134 to 36. Big test will be the FISH and PCR test in March
