Horrible. I'm always in pain now. I never was in pain before the surgery. They went in through the side so now i have a very noticible scar (1ft) across my left side. On top of that, they removed a rib and now I am misshapen!!!

In 2006 after becoming bed ridden and having to take vicoden I decided to get L5 and S1 fused. I have 6 screws in my back. The recovery was terrible but I am 90 pain free now.
