I was on Dicetel which I found didn't help at all. I decided one day after a year and a half, that I would miss taking them, and VOILA! Nothing change. Not even a smidge. So I don't know...a psychological trick from my doctor? lol
didnt remember to take them 20 minutes before i eat as i dont know when im gonna eat!
this did nothing for the psin
