GREAT FOR ME, DON'T NEED TO TAKE IT EVERY DAY. BUT IF I WAKE UP FEELING SLUGGISH I TAKE ONE AND I AM ABLE TO GET ON WITH MY DAY TO A BETTER EXTENT THAN IF I HADN'T TAKEN IT.
