I started a few months ago. Was on it for 2 months. Noticed a huge difference. Didn't think of breathing or being short of breath. Then the scale went up a few pounds and stopped it for a month or so. Now I cannot get a good deep breath in and started again. So I decided to go back on and feel good and not worry so much about the weight...for now.
