Dries up all the crud in my head nose lungs and makes it easier to breath and gets rid of some of the tightness in my chest. I have to drink a lot of water to keep hydrated though.

I love this I have been on this my whole life and I have not ever had any side effects. They do make a chewable tablet. It can be chewed or swallowed.

I have been on this my whole life and never had any side effects. If I dont take it, I can tell my breathing gets worse.
