very scary at the beginning didnt find alot of information bout the condition at the time of my sons birth

Had a VP shunt for years until recently the doctor decided they needed to make it a VA shunt. It is working very well.

Jake had a shunt put in after having a port that didn't do the trick and he has done really well with it. He does have a little pocket of fluid that he has to wear a little hat for so that is will scar down. Other than that he seems to be doing fine with it.
