I attend support group meetings 3-5 times a week. I have problems communicating in them so I usually just listen. I seem to not be able to put my thoughts into words. I do better one on one.

yes it help me to work out why things happened and to be able to release the pain, and to move on into the future instead of living in the past, it felt like i was traped there for so long.. this was a good process to start with until i got the confidence to speak to people/ counsillors.

I'm working on self-esteem, and interacting with more people. I also force myself to talk while around people. Even if it's completely random, and I feel like an idiot afterwards. I think "Well, atleast I said something....LOL" it helps!!!!
