went to a self help group once a week for 9 years learned alot about anxiety ,ocd behavioral problems ,cbt ,coping techniques ,depression ,etc

For me this has been the biggest helper in overcoming my shyness. I've had to overcome a lot by entering into college and going through all of that. Taking public speaking was the biggest challenge of my life!!

I have used drinking in the past but my doc has given me clonazepam and it works but he is not a fan of the drug. He says its a bandaid and he wants to ween me off ,I dont know what to do without them its the only thing that works

I write it all out. All my problems and stuff that I don't say I write down in my diary. It's sorta like telling this to someone. It puts a lot off my chest.
