i took a positive psychology class, and applied what i learned. it definitely takes time and discipline, but once the exercises become habitual, it's like second nature.

I've learned a lot about myself from reading.

What I mean is, if you deside not to stay with your spuse & you figure he's no good, don't go from a bad situation to a worse one. Give yourself time to learn about you. So when you find Mr. Right you'll be in a better state to love with your heart & your mind. Think about what you as one of GODs beautiful creations deserves. And don't sell yourself short.Two ways. Either he's to much for u and u feel like u have to reinvent urself for him, or we look at our own flaws and settle for a low-life.
