Read tons of books, attended seminars, webinars you name it over the past 20+ years. Got some understanding but not enough. A huge help came in 2010/11 when I discovered the Artist's Way. It helped me to really tap into the self that I buried, and just accept me for me.

I have read several books now and have finally read one about abuse. For so long I thought the problem was with me so I bought books about fixing me and fixing me in relationships. I finally understand that the problem is not with me but with him. The idea is freeing.
