I have used coal tar shampoo, salicytic acid shampoo (prescription strength) Derma smooth oil at night. I was told to wash every day. I have used every prescription salve on the market. I have use Dyflucan for yeast twice a week. I have used head and shoulder with pyr. zinc. Nothing seems to help and I have been dealing with this for a year. The doctor is at a loss. Please I need help.
