Brilliant exercise, but not good on my back.

Running helps me be more time aware and to focus on other things besides just the internet it dosent fix the problem it just makes it more likley that i will notice what im doing and slap my self in the face from time to time...though it hasent been the answer it is for my adhd i will mention 1 thing run w music dosent increase impulse conrolexecutive funct but produces good brain chemrun on own wo music one learns to override impulse to stoprunwanotherone overides selfother
