When I am able to I run. It helps a little for when bed time comes
I'm finding that when I stick to primarily soluble fibers and run daily, the symptoms are not as severe. However, lately I've been getting EXTREMELY dizzy. I'm wondering if I'm not getting enough protein. I've been avoiding meat and instead subbing in fish and nuts because for whatever reason, meat seems to be a pretty terrible trigger for symptoms.

6 mths ago when I discovered the affair I started running about 3 miles a day and find it's very helpful to get my thoughts in order and its a great time for motivating, positive self-talk. And it's great for weight loss.
