Have to be careful with this one. My mind sometimes sets to flame when I experience a joggers high. And at 250 pounds jogging is a more appropriate title for what I do.

I try to go to the gym as much as I can but when Im running and my music is blasting through my headphones I just feel as if nothing can hurt me. I always feel so much better after I run and it just makes everything so much better.

In my personel experience running is probably the best treatment for my anxiety. When you run it releases endorphines in your head which make you feel good confident and relaxed. I feel great when Im running and for period of time after. I wish I was fit enough to just run all day!!
