I always feel happier and in less pain when I jog. But I am sooooo tired that it is hard to get out there and put one foot in front of the other.
I feel really good when I run.. I forget about all of the negativity because Im so focused on how my body is feeling.

Running helps me vent the anger but it can also bring with it huge floods of emotion. After long runs 10 miles I can have a hard time because of the rush of endorphins after the run and then the sudden decrease as the rush ends.

I love it! Clears my head Good for the body and soul
Exercise and sports alway gets me off the pipe and off on a hike!
I was trying to run away. Outrun it. By the time I was far from home and physically unable to continue I realized I didnt want to smoke meth anymore. at least for that time I was ok. So I endevour to include physical excercise regularly. When I was 48 days clean I was almost 2 miles every morning running!

Running has been my biggest sanity keeper. I ran my 1st 12 marathon this spring and it clears my mind and gives me a major boost of confidence
