This allowed to be on my own and think through.
Working / Worked
I started running once or even twice a day for two miles the past week. I find this exhausting but it gives me a sense of accomplishment when everything else in my world seems to be falling apart from the anxiety. I cannot stop running now or the anxiety gets worse.
it usually works 6 out of 7 days a week.

This definitely helps me get some of my anxiety out and makes me feel normal that is if I am able. On the off days I walk or get on the elyptical.

This helps tremendously Especially when I feel like screaming in frustration. Unfortunately I cant run when I am at work on in a public place having a panic attack. It is my go to anxiety reliever whenever possible.
