really calms me down

This worked wonders. I even ran a marathon once never again!. But I couldnt wait to get home from work change drink half of a smoothie and run. I cant run anymore but would recommend it for anyone who can.
It nearly didnt grow in the past 8 years since my discovery I think exercise running sleep early might be beneficial. But who can expect what happens ten years later.
