i was suicidal then i started running and my depression vanished. i didnt want to end it any more. i have gone two weeks without running and feel depression creeping back in again. it just feels weird as i feel out of place as i look thin and dont want to look like i have an eating disorder.

Have to be careful with this one. My mind sometimes sets to flame when I experience a joggers high. And at 250 pounds jogging is a more appropriate title for what I do.
