Works Great. I had tried many other things without any, or bad, results. I take about 1/2 hour before I want to go to sleep. If I wait too long to lay down it doesn't work as well. This has been my saving grace.

I started this stuff a month or two ago. It really is the first thing thats helped me fall asleep without hallucinating/blacking out/etc. and I am not TOO groggy the next day. It makes me YAWN and tired like we are supposed to feel at night..I really am happy with this stuff after 6-7 years of unhappiness.
